Workspaces

Reachable from the workspace switcher in the app header (not a sidebar row). One account can belong to several workspaces — one per brand, or one per client.

What a workspace is

A workspace is one brand's HyperDM: its own contacts, automations, flows, products, knowledge, connected Instagram account, plan and billing. Nothing crosses between workspaces.

Your role is per workspace. You can be an owner in one and a client in another.

Switch workspace

Use the switcher in the app header. The current workspace's name is shown; pick another to move.

The roster

The full list lives at /workspaces. For each workspace you see its name, the connected channel (or No channel connected), and controls:

Each row also shows your role, the plan, and up to three attention chips: N needs reply (conversations waiting on a human), Channel needs attention (the connected channel's health check failed), and NN% of plan (usage at 85% or more).

There is a search box for accounts with many workspaces.

Create a workspace

From the switcher. Creating one makes you its owner — that is the only way ownership is ever acquired, which is why an owner can never be invited by link.

An account can create up to 2 workspaces (ones you were invited to don't count; agency operators are exempt). At the limit the switcher explains instead of offering New workspace — free a slot by deleting a workspace you own, or use an organization.

Common questions

Does each workspace need its own plan? Yes, unless they are pooled under an organization on the Agency plan.

Can I move contacts or automations between workspaces? Not directly. You can share a flow with a link and install it in another workspace — see flow-builder.md.

I hid a workspace by mistake. Open /workspaces, click Show N hidden below the list, then click Show in the switcher again on the workspace.

Why is a URL never scoped to a workspace? By design — the app never puts a workspace id in a URL. Your current workspace comes from the switcher, so a link you paste to a teammate opens in their current workspace, not yours.
