A welcome, a code, a nudge — each with its own delay: send N minutes, hours or days after they subscribe, then ‘wait’ between the rest.
Only send during the hours and days you choose — in UTC on Instagram. A step due outside those hours waits for them to open, so a ‘wait 12 hours’ step never lands at 3am UTC.
A rule's or a flow's Subscribe to sequence action — or you, from the contact's drawer — puts them on step 1. They move down on your schedule, once per sequence.
