No. You're billed on conversations handled, not audience size. Past your plan's included conversations it's a flat $0.05 each, and we email you before you cross the limit. No overage tiers, no per-follower creep.
WhatsApp is coming soon. When it lands you'll connect direct to Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API — we're not reselling access through a Business Solution Provider, so there's no per-number reseller fee. Replies inside the 24-hour service window are free to send under Meta's pricing; templates sent outside it carry Meta's own rate, passed through at cost with no markup, as its own metered line on your invoice so you can see exactly what Meta charged.
No — one allowance, shared. Your plan's included conversations cover every channel you connect, counted the same way on each: one customer in one campaign, however many messages it takes. Connecting a second channel doesn't double your allowance, and it doesn't cost extra either.
