AI can make mistakes. HyperDM uses your reviewed business knowledge and catalog, checks draft answers against those sources and limits links to approved destinations. Review your sources, test important questions and enable human review for uncertainty. You can use fixed replies without enabling AI.
When human review is enabled, detected uncertainty creates an Inbox handoff and pauses AI for that conversation before acknowledging it. If human review is off, the assistant says it cannot confirm the answer without promising a teammate will follow up. Test this with questions your sources do not answer.
