  2. Step 2: HyperDM answers from your catalog

    With the optional AI assistant on, price, stock status, shipping and returns come from your synced catalog and reviewed policies, with the link to buy. Stock reflects your last sync.

  3. Step 3: You can take over the thread

    Take over a Page conversation from the Inbox and HyperDM pauses for that person until you hand it back. Every reply — yours or HyperDM's — goes out only within 24 hours of their last message.
