Yes. HyperDM connects through Instagram Messaging on the official Meta Graph API. Supported sends go through HyperDM’s messaging-window, consent and rate checks, and every message is logged. Using the official API doesn’t guarantee how Meta treats an account.

Yes, using reviewed knowledge and synced catalog fields. Review size guidance and policy facts, check the last sync and test answers before enabling the assistant. AI can still make mistakes.
Is there a free plan for Instagram?+
Yes. Instagram is free with 50 conversations per month and a “Powered by HyperDM” badge on replies, no card required. At 50, new automated conversations stop until your allowance resets on the 1st (UTC) or you upgrade; conversations already active continue under their usual sending rules. Run one channel at a time on the free plan, and upgrade to remove the badge and run every channel at once.
