Community flows

Sidebar: Content → Community flows. Automations other merchants built and chose to share.

*This row only appears when the gallery is switched on for the deployment and there are at least 10 approved shares in it.* A gallery with nothing in it reads as abandoned, which is worse than no gallery — so it stays hidden until both are true. If you don't see it in your sidebar, that's why.

Browse

Flows are grouped by category, with an All tab and one tab per category. Each card shows what the flow does and who shared it.

Browsing is free on every plan, including Free. Every card links to the same public page a stranger would see.

Install a flow

1. Click a flow.
2. Review what it does on its public page.
3. Install it.

Every install lands as a draft on your own canvas. You review it, swap in your own links, and decide whether it ever goes live. Nothing installs live.

After installing, use Finish setup in the flow builder — it collects every placeholder the flow shipped with into one checklist so you can replace them all before publishing.

Share your own

1. Open your flow in the flow builder and save it.
2. Click share.
3. Fill in Title, Description and Shared by.
4. Tick Also submit to the community gallery and pick a Category.
5. Click Create link.

Creating a share link is part of the paid plan (a trial counts) — on Free you can browse and install, but Create link tells you sharing is paid.

Your link works immediately, and it shares a frozen snapshot: editing the flow later doesn't change what installers get. Media (voice notes, video, documents), product references and jump-to-flow links don't travel — the dialog counts what won't come along, and installers see placeholders to fill in via Finish setup. The gallery submission goes live once automatic checks pass — the dialog tells you which of three states you're in: being reviewed, live in the gallery, or "your link works, only the gallery submission was turned down".

Manage everything you've shared — views, installs, Update (pushes your current version to NEW installs) and Revoke (stops new installs; existing copies keep working) — on the Shared flows page at /settings/shares. It isn't linked from the Settings tabs yet, so go to that address directly.

Common questions

Is it safe to install someone else's flow? It arrives as a draft and sends nothing until you set it live. Read it first — especially any link, product id or external request in it.

Does installing cost me anything? Browsing and installing are free. The flow then counts against your flow allowance — Free is capped at 5 flows.

Why can't I find Community flows? See the note at the top: it needs both the feature switched on for the deployment and at least 10 approved shares.

Can I un-share something? Yes — Revoke on the Shared flows page at /settings/shares. New installs stop; copies already installed keep working.
