Partner Program Terms

Last updated October 28, 2026

These terms cover the HyperDM partner program, run by Anthony Casauria (sole trader) (“we”, “us”). By applying or accepting a partner code, you agree to them.

01The program

The HyperDM partner program pays you a cash commission for new customers who subscribe using a discount code we issue to you (your “code”). Joining is by approval: we may accept or decline any application, and we may change or end the program with notice on this page. The program is for workspaces on a paid HyperDM plan. These terms sit alongside our Terms of Service; where they differ about the program, these terms apply.

Plain English

For paid accounts: you share your own discount code, and when people pay with it you earn a share of what they pay.

02What you earn

  • A customer counts for you when their first paid invoice uses your code. From then, you earn the commission rate on every plan payment they make for the commission period — 30% for 12 months unless we agreed a different rate with you in writing.
  • Commission is calculated on what the customer actually paid for their subscription plan, after discounts and before tax. Usage charges (such as extra conversations and messaging fees) and add-on purchases do not earn commission.
  • A customer is credited to one partner only, and the first paid invoice decides who. Using a different code later does not move them.
  • Free plans and free trials earn nothing until the customer pays.
Plain English

30% for 12 months of what each customer pays for their plan, unless your approval says otherwise.

03When and how you're paid

  • Each commission is held for 30 days after the customer’s payment, so refunds and disputes can surface. After that it becomes payable.
  • We pay once a month, in US dollars, to the PayPal or Wise account you give us, when your payable balance is $50 or more. Smaller balances roll over to the next month.
  • Before your first payout we need your tax details: your legal name, the country you pay tax in and, if you’re in Australia, your ABN. Without an ABN, Australian law requires us to withhold tax from what we pay you. We may ask for more if your tax office requires it, and may hold payment until we have it. You are responsible for the taxes on what you earn.
  • Keep your payout details current in Settings. We are not responsible for a payment sent to the account details you gave us.
Plain English

Each commission is held 30 days, then paid monthly by PayPal or Wise once you have $50 or more.

04Refunds, disputes and clawback

  • A refunded payment earns nothing; a partly refunded payment earns commission on what was kept. A disputed (charged-back) payment earns nothing.
  • If a payment we already paid you commission on is later refunded or charged back, we may deduct that commission from your future payouts.
Plain English

If a customer gets their money back, the commission on that payment goes too.

05Your partner link

We may give you a link that applies your code at checkout automatically. A customer still counts for you only when their first paid invoice uses your code; the link makes that easier, it doesn’t change the rule.

Plain English

Your link applies your code for people, so they don't have to type it.

06What doesn't count

  • Self-referrals. You can’t earn on your own workspaces, workspaces you or your team are members of, or accounts paid with your card or under your email. We check this automatically and decline those customers.
  • Bought or tricked sign-ups. Paying people to sign up, cash-back schemes, fake accounts, or sign-ups obtained by misleading anyone do not earn commission.
Plain English

No earning on yourself, your own businesses, or customers you didn't really refer.

07How you may promote HyperDM

  • Disclose it. Make clear in each post or video that you earn a commission (for example “#ad” or “I’m a paid partner”), as advertising law in your country requires — in the US, the FTC’s endorsement guides.
  • No paid search on our name. Don’t bid on “HyperDM” or misspellings of it in search or app-store ads, or use them in a domain or social handle.
  • No coupon or deal sites. Don’t post your code on coupon, voucher or cash-back sites, or anywhere you don’t control.
  • Don’t speak for us. Don’t present yourself as HyperDM, say you’re “official”, or make promises about the product we don’t make. No spam.
Plain English

Be honest, say you're paid, and don't buy ads on our name or post your code on coupon sites.

08Ending the partnership

  • You can leave at any time by telling us. We pay what is payable at the next monthly payout.
  • We can pause or end your partnership with notice. While paused, new payments don’t earn commission; money already earned is still paid.
  • If you break these terms, we may end your partnership immediately and you forfeit commission not yet paid on the customers affected.
Plain English

Either side can stop. Breaking these rules forfeits what hasn't been paid.

09Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Questions about the program: hello@hyperdm.app.

Plain English

Same law as our main terms; email us with questions.
